The fTPM pull request https://github.com/OP-TEE/optee_ftpm/pull/1 to import the TA-specific parts of fTPM into optee_ftpm.git is even more relevant now that https://github.com/microsoft/ms-tpm-20-ref/pull/112 removed Samples/ARM32-FirmwareTPM/optee_ta from upstream.

Can we start to review https://github.com/OP-TEE/optee_ftpm/pull/1?
