[Request] Regarding non-RFC patch-set of Virtual CPU Hotplug kernel support

Hi James, Do we have any plan when we want to push the non-RFC Virtual CPU Hotplug patch-set for the kernel side to the community. I guess people will be more interested in reviewing if it is floated with a non-RFC tag. If time is a problem at your side then do you need my help in carrying it forward for you? [Question] System suspend/resume functionality on ARM64 VM does seem to be working?
