Hi,
This outage is now resolved. We were running out of disk space on the server due to multiple stack traces in a gitlab monitoring service. The systems team has now freed up the disk space to get CI functional again. The systems team has planned to increase the disk space on the server to avoid such issues.

The systems team is currently investigating the outage.
