It is at version 2.5 in the commit hash of meta-arm that I use, this is 2.7, hence a new recipe.
The original fiptool recipe in meta-arm has a typo @ ${STAGING_DIR_NATIVE}${prefix_native}" where it is : ${STAGING_DIR_NATIVE}/${prefix_native}" - there is an unnecessary forward slash, which is already contained in the variable.
I have not submitted a patch for this yet, but thought you would want to know.
