QEMU-virt returning to its original memory support of 3 GB

Hello everyone Now that we have proper SBSA reference machine type support in our QEMU with CCA branch, we thought that it would be a good idea to get QEMU-virt back to its original memory support of 3 GB. That way, we don't diverge from upstream. This is planned to be done the next time we bump our trees (i.e. when we go from cca/v7 to cca/v8). This is also documented at [0].
