Thank you for pointing this out, we will update the blogpost, however
the article should not be treated as a manual. That branch had quite a few
updates since the article was written.
The only official manual is within the README.md files [1] [2]
As Ross pointed out, indeed *.wic files are the usb disk image, so please do use the usb-image-morello-soc.wic
